Pecan shortbread.
Pecan shortbread.
My boss (best boss in the world, that's why I've worked for him for 15 years, 9 months, and 14 days- but who is counting) is taking everyone on a field trip to look at some archaeological sites in the Coyote Mountains, southwest from Tucson.
I made pecan shortbread cookies- so easy and everyone will think they were hard to make. I even messed up the amount of butter, but snuck the extra stick in after mixing everything up and you can't tell. Yummy!
